I will be going on vacation this spring, and I want to schedule my facelift such that I can be recovered and ready to resume normal activities in time. How far out shall I schedule it?
Answer:
This is a common question that many patients have. Patients can return to normal activity, such as exercise, training or similar activities at about three weeks. However, I recommend that the facelift procedure be performed about at least six weeks ahead of a special event, such as a wedding. This gives additional time for further healing and takes into account any possible delays in healing.
